2018 April 26: MATES project workshop, Rotterdam

Professor Nikos Ventikos (NTUA) presented MENTOR at the workshop and talked about future skills needs and gaps in Green Technologies for the Shipbuilding and Offshore Renewable energy sectors. More specifically, Prof. Ventikos presented the evolution of the required skills and competencies for blue professionals and how the project MENTOR will bridge the gap for high-skilled personnel in the selected Marine and Maritime Economic Activities (MEAs).
